If you have some steady state efforts longer than what your region can accommodate, using your power meter and staying inside the steady state range is the best approach. It can be hard if hills are steep, but usually it’s possible. If not, doing them on the trainer works too. All of our workouts are exportable as ERG and ZWO files.
I live in a hilly area and the geography isn't the most conducive to any steady state efforts. Would I need to use an indoor trainer for any longer efforts like that? Print
