Strava’s relative effort is similar, but not exactly the same. It tends to line up well enough with Training Load for it to be useful. In our experience, it underestimates for easier rides. So, as long as you remember to update your FTP settings in Strava (My Profile/Settings/My Performance) to match your VeloPro settings, it should be a good proxy.
