The type of intervals you get in your training plan will depend on 1) what type of event you are training for and 2) where you are in your training.
For example, if you selected Cyclocross for your event type, you should be getting shorter and harder intervals, whereas if you selected Randonneur, you would get relatively low level (SST/LT) intervals.
In either case, the first few Base weeks of your training may not have any hard intervals at all, depending on how far away you are from your event.
