Readiness score is specific to each manufacturer. It is generally a combination of objective measurements (HRV) and subjective measurements (mood, sleep quality, muscle soreness, etc…).
A high readiness score indicates that you are ready to train as planned. Low readiness may mean that you may benefit by scaling back or resting.
