Simply enter it as “Manual Entry.” On your Dashboard go to Activities>Manual Entry. Enter what you like, but under “Ride Load” (this will soon be Activity Load), input a reasonable number for the ride.
You’ll need to estimate the impact that the workout had on your body and input that into the “Ride Load” field. For example, if it’s 1 hour flat out, that’s roughly equivalent to 100 TL, so in that field you can enter that. This way, VeloPro can account for the accumulated fatigue and better plan your trajectory.
Other examples include:
2 hour endurance ride = 70 TL
1 hour with VO2 intervals = 50 TL
1 hour easy = 25 TL
