Since cycling is an aerobic sport, every type of VeloPro training plan will increase your FTP.  Some will be more focused on that than others.  For example, if you select "Criterium" as a goal type, there will be more high-level interval work in addition to FTP work, whereas if you select "Hill Climb" it will be more purely focused on FTP.

So, if you want to focus on raising your FTP, choose Time Trial or Hill Climb as your Goal Type when you go to set your goal.
